Sex Up Your Relationship

How can we open our marriage/relationship towards sex positive happiness? Strategies against cooling desire and living in a world of lies and cheating.

This workshop is aimed at couples (in love, engaged, married or just met :-)) who are interested in new experiences beyond a classic monogamous form of relationship. Especially in metropolitan areas, alternative relationship models such as polyamory, couple swapping or open relationships have become fashionable and more and more socially accepted.
But how does it actually work? What are the rules – what are the “no-go’s”?  Which models work, what are the challenges? When does an affair become a relationship (and vice versa), what agreements should be made and how does honest and constructive communication work?

It doesn’t matter if you have just met or fallen in love or if you have been in a monogamous relationship for many years and want to open it up or transform it into an alternative relationship model. We have the experience to accompany you on this interesting journey and provide you with skills that we have acquired in many years of intensive practical and theoretical work on this topic.

What you can expect on the two days

1
Saturday
On Saturday we will start with a common breakfast. Afterwards we will deal with the numerous aspects and challenges of a sex-positive lifestyle in different discussion formats. In parallel, we will sharpen our awareness of your own and your partners' bodies through stimulating exercises.

After a light dinner we will focus on the complex of physical closeness and unselfconsciousness towards others. Consent and self-determination is a high priority in everything we do. Setting clear boundaries, seeking consent and encouraging participants to recognize and openly communicate their own and each other's boundaries is always at the forefront.
2
Sunday
Sunday also starts with breakfast and a feedback and question session about the previous day. Afterwards we will guide you through a meditative body journey.

In the following discussion rounds we will discuss the more practical aspects of a sex positive lifestyle interspersed with controlled partner and group exercises.
